Shipping Policy

A clear and customer-friendly statement of how Printing Brothers ships orders and how we support you if anything goes wrong.

1. Shipping Address

Orders are shipped to the single address provided at checkout. To ship products to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each delivery address.

2. Delivery Timeline

We provide free shipping within India for all prepaid orders. Orders are typically dispatched within 5–10 business days from the date of payment. During busy periods such as festive seasons, promotional sales, or other unforeseen circumstances, dispatch and delivery may take longer. We will keep you informed of any significant delays.

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Serviceable Locations

If our courier partners cannot service your location, we will request an alternate shipping address that falls within their coverage area. Printing Brothers is not responsible for non-delivery when an area is outside our delivery partner’s service network, but we will work with you to find an acceptable alternative.

5. Multiple Item Orders

We aim to ship all items in a single order together. However, due to differences in product availability, warehouse location, or packaging needs, items may sometimes ship separately.

6. Invoice & Tracking

All shipments include a valid invoice from Printing Brothers. After dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking ID so you can follow your order’s progress.

7. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package appears to be tampered with or damaged upon delivery, please refuse the shipment and contact our Customer Support immediately. Provide your Order ID when you reach out so we can expedite a replacement or refund.
