Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

Exchange Policy

If you are not happy with the size of the product you have received, you can have it exchanged for a different size
(valid for up to 2 products per order). You can initiate the exchange within 5 days of delivery
by sending the product(s) back to us via any courier.

Please WhatsApp us before returning your products to help us process your exchange request smoothly.

Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging. You can send the products back to us via any cost-effective courier or registered post.
Currently, we do not offer pickup service — you will need to bear the postal charges for sending your products back.

Once we receive your products, we will verify that they are new and unused before processing your exchange.

Note: Bomber Jackets and Leggings are not eligible for size exchanges as they are tailored in a customized way for each order.

A full refund can only be availed in case there is a manufacturing defect in the product.

– For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, shipping charges are non-refundable.
– For online payments, refunds will be processed through the same mode of payment within 7 working days.

International orders (outside India) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Exchange Policy for Bulk Orders

Bulk-ordered products are user-specific and manufactured exclusively per order. Therefore, returns or exchanges are not possible for bulk orders.

Defective Products

In case of a manufacturing defect or design issue, you may return your product within 7 days of receiving your order.

Delivery Information

Domestic orders (within India) are processed within 2 working days and shipped through a domestic courier partner.

Most orders are delivered within 10 days from the date of invoice. However, delivery to remote or rural areas may take longer depending on courier service availability.

If you wish to ship multiple items to different addresses, please place them as separate orders.

Once your order is shipped, we will share the tracking details (airway bill number/docket number) via email.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by courier companies or if the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery.

Printing Brothers is committed to delivering your products in good condition and on time. However, we have limited liability for any loss or damage during transit.
The carrier will bear responsibility only to the extent of their stated policy.

We reserve the right to release information to law enforcement authorities when required by law or by an authorized government agency.

Cancellation Policy

Since our products are printed on demand, you cannot cancel your order once printing has started.

Cancellations can be made within 24 hours of placing an order (before printing begins). To initiate a cancellation request, please contact us via WhatsApp within 24 hours of order placement.

For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed through the same mode of payment within 7 working days.
